I had an overall enjoyable experience at the hotel, with friendly and attentive staff making my stay comfortable. The waterpark facilities were a highlight for the kids, and the cleanliness of the area added to the enjoyment. However, I did find that the dining options could be improved in terms of variety, and the access to sunbeds at the pool area was limited for the number of guests.

Our family enjoyed a lovely stay at Ellia Hotel, thanks to the spacious and clean rooms and the lively atmosphere. The pool area and waterpark were fantastic additions that kept the kids entertained. On the downside, we found the dining options not very accommodating for vegetarians, and the staff could be invasive during cleaning hours. Overall, it was a memorable vacation, but some improvements in dining and privacy for guests would enhance the experience.

Our week at the hotel was fantastic! The remarkable staff truly enhanced our experience, making us feel valued and welcomed. The food was varied and delicious, with many local specialties to enjoy. However, we found the shower cabin a bit small and the Wi-Fi reception was not ideal in our room. Overall, it was an amazing vacation, and we can’t wait to return!
